I love communing with Nature.  I especially love sitting by a natural body of water, whether it’s the ocean, lake, or stream.  It’s so amazing to witness, feel, and benefit from Water’s mysterious healing power through its crescendo and acceleration of its waves.

One of my favorite bodies of water is Lake Virginia which borders Rollins College in Winter Park Florida.  The land vibrates peace, and there are a handful of power places that I love to meditate and contemplate in; whether it’s sitting in the gazebo, where I have met powerful strangers, or in sitting under oak trees near the Lake’s shore.

At water’s edge, I am privileged to feel the energy of the many waves that come to shore.  Water can also be “eye candy” to the many different creative designs that form on its surface.  Witnessing and gazing into water’s infinite beauty fills and inspires me to excel in being my best towards my own personal beauty and potentiality.

Let’s continue towards our own notions of excellence, sojourners!  There’s so much fun in the pursuits.

Namaste, my sisters and brothers!
